Who we are
Pulse is run by iDesign Collective (ABN 62 263 909 297), 55 Plaza Parade, Maroochydore QLD 4558. Questions about privacy go to hello@idesigncollective.com.au.
What we collect
- Sign-up details: your name, business name, email, phone, website address, plan and any notes you add.
- Payment details: handled by Stripe. We see your name, email, plan and payment status, never your full card number.
- Website access: the admin login you give us, used only to provide Pulse.
- Monitoring data: uptime, speed and update history for your website.
- Messages: emails you send us and questions you type into the Ask Pulse assistant.
- Basic site analytics: pages visited and how people found us, including from our ads.
How we use it
- To set up and run your Pulse subscription, including checks, updates, backups, reports and AI edits.
- To bill you and send receipts.
- To contact you about your site, your account and changes to Pulse.
- To improve Pulse and our advertising.
We don't sell your information and we don't use it to send you unrelated marketing.
Who helps us
We share the minimum needed with services that help run Pulse:
- Stripe for card payments and your subscription.
- Google Workspace for email.
- Cloudflare to host this website.
- FormSubmit to deliver sign-up forms to our inbox.
- Anthropic to power the Ask Pulse assistant and the AI editor. Your requests are sent to the model to produce an answer or an edit.
- Meta for measuring our Facebook ads.
Some of these providers store data overseas, including in the United States. They're bound by their own privacy and security commitments.
Keeping it safe
Access to your website and account details is limited to our team. We keep your information while you're a customer and for as long as tax and legal records require after that. If you cancel, we remove our access to your website on request.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@idesigncollective.com.au. If you're not happy with how we've handled a privacy matter, tell us first. If we can't resolve it, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
