Do I have to move my hosting?
No. Pulse works with whoever hosts your site now. You add us as a WordPress admin and that's the connection. If you want faster hosting, add Sydney hosting for $15 a month and we'll move your site to an independent server in Sydney for free, with zero downtime.
My site was built by someone else. Does that matter?
Not at all. Most sites on Pulse were built by other people. As long as it's WordPress and you can log in as an admin (or can get someone to add us), we can look after it.
Where do I use the AI editor?
Inside your own WordPress dashboard. Log in as you normally would and there's a Pulse item in the left menu. Type the change there. It's your site and your login; we never make you use another tool.
What happens if the AI editor gets something wrong?
Nothing goes live without your OK. Every change comes with a preview, and during early access our team checks each edit before it reaches you. If you don't like it, say "tweak it" or leave it unpublished.
I already pay someone for hosting. Do I keep paying them?
For now, yes. Hosting and looking after a site are different things, and Pulse is the looking after. If you'd rather have one bill, add Sydney hosting for $15 a month, we move you for free and you can cancel the old host.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly is month to month. Yearly is one payment for twelve months and you can choose not to renew.
What if something breaks that isn't a quick fix?
We tell you what it is, what it would take and what it costs before we touch it. Small fixes that come from an update or an outage are included. Rebuilding a page or adding a feature is quoted.
Can I lose access to my own site?
No. You keep your own admin login. We add a separate one for Pulse. Cancel and we remove ours. Your site, your domain and your content are always yours.
