All prices are AUD and include GST. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans are paid upfront and cancelling stops the next renewal.
*Pro same-day service applies to changes taking under 30 minutes, received before 12pm AEST on business days, excluding Queensland public holidays. Larger jobs receive a time estimate and completion date. Unused hours don’t roll over. Online stores and non-WordPress websites are quoted separately.

Do I need to move my hosting?
No. Pulse can work alongside your existing hosting. Sydney hosting is optional on Pulse and included with Pro.
Can you look after a website someone else built?
Yes. We can look after WordPress websites built by other providers. We’ll check your setup and flag compatibility issues or existing problems that need separate work.
Are AI edits instant?
During early access, our team reviews every AI edit before you receive a preview. You then approve the change before it goes live.
What happens if something breaks?
Our monitoring alerts the team when repeated checks fail. We investigate, handle small fixes within the plan and explain any work that needs a separate quote. Resolution time depends on the issue and the access required.
Are paid plugins included?
Paid plugin, theme and software licences remain your responsibility to keep current.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. If you’re not happy in your first 30 days, email hello@idesigncollective.com.au and we refund your first payment in full, on any plan. No forms and no questions.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel online or contact our team to stop your next renewal. Your service continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. Outside the 30-day guarantee, annual payments aren’t refunded proportionally for unused months, subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Will I still own my website?
Yes. Your website, content and domain remain yours. If you use our hosting and decide to leave, we’ll help coordinate the move.
